Shipping
• Processing Times: Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Occasional delays may occur due to inclement weather (e.g., ice storms, heavy rain) or higher-than-usual order volumes, which may extend processing by an additional 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Restrictions
• Alaska: Shipping is not available.
• California: Orders must be shipped to an FFL or Licensed Ammunition Vendor unless you are an exempt peace officer with credentials on file or an FFL03 holder with FFL03 and COE on file.
• Connecticut: A Pistol Permit or Ammunition Eligibility Certificate must be on file.
• District of Columbia (DC): Shipping is not available.
• Hawaii: Shipping is not available.
• Illinois: A valid Illinois Firearms Owner Identification (FOID) card is required.
• Massachusetts: A Pistol Permit or Ammunition Eligibility Certificate must be on file.
• New Jersey: A New Jersey Firearms Purchaser Identification Card is required for purchasing handgun ammunition.
• New York: Orders must be shipped to an FFL, and the FFL details must be on file.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
• Cancellation Policy: Canceled orders are subject to a 10% processing fee if canceled before shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
• Address Changes: Requests to modify the shipping address will incur additional fees, which must be paid before the change is processed.
Delivery Terms
• We are not responsible for refunds on undelivered packages due to failed delivery attempts or refusal by the recipient. If you do not want the package left unattended, please coordinate directly with the carrier to schedule delivery or request that the package is held at your local location.
Returned Shipments
• Packages returned due to invalid shipping addresses, refusal by the recipient, or failure to collect from the carrier will require additional shipping fees to be paid before the package can be reshipped. Standard processing times will apply to all re-shipments.
Returns and Refunds
• Ammunition Sales: All ammunition sales are final. Returns are not accepted once the product has been handled by the customer.
• Defective Products: If you receive defective merchandise, we may arrange for the return to the manufacturer or an exchange/refund at our discretion.
Damages or Incorrect Orders
• Reporting Issues: Incomplete, damaged, or incorrect orders must be reported to us within 5 business days. Please email [email protected] and include photos of:
• The package exterior (all sides)
• The invoice inside the package
• Any packing materials
• All contents of the package
• Damage Claims: We are not liable for transit damage unless you purchased package protection. However, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier. All carriers retain the right to investigate all damage claims.
