By using this website, you acknowledge that you understand your state and local laws regarding ammunition and firearms, and you agree to the following:
• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and at least 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition, in accordance with federal law. Some states may have additional restrictions and you agree to follow State/Local laws.
• By purchasing ammunition from Shell Shocked (shell-shocked.com), I affirm that the transaction complies with all applicable state and local laws.
• I have never been indicted for, nor convicted of, a crime punishable by more than one year of imprisonment.
• I am not a fugitive from justice.
• I do not use illegal drugs or abuse controlled substances.
• I have not been declared mentally unfit and have not been committed to a mental health institution.
• I am a legal U.S. resident and not unlawfully present in the country.
• I have not been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
• I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
• I am not currently under a restraining order.
• I have never been convicted of any misdemeanor or felony involving domestic violence.
• If I reside in a state requiring specific identification (e.g., a Firearms Purchaser Identification Card), I will provide a copy to [email protected] promptly.
Indemnification for Misrepresentation
Should any of the above statements prove false, I agree to indemnify and defend Shell Shocked, including its employees, agents, and officers, from any legal or civil consequences that arise due to misrepresentation.
Order Cancellation Policy
• Any order canceled before shipment will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
• If the cancellation request is made after the order has shipped, an additional $25 package stop fee will apply, along with the 10% cancellation fee.
• Please verify all order details before submitting payment to avoid unnecessary charges.
Unclaimed Orders
• Orders unclaimed for 30 days, due to issues such as missing identification or age verification, will be considered forfeited. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
• Special requests for extended holding must be approved in advance by Shell Shocked staff.
Product Use Disclaimer
The technical information provided on this website is accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, Shell Shocked is not responsible for damages, injuries, or other issues arising from improper use or storage of its products. Always follow product labels and directions carefully, and ensure firearms and ammunition are kept away from children.

Shell Shocked disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. We do not guarantee that our products will meet your expectations or requirements. Should a product prove defective, the cost of repair or replacement is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Limitation of Liability
• Under no circumstances shall Shell Shocked be liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
• Total liability for damages will not exceed $50.00.
Export Restrictions
Shell Shocked products may not be exported or re-exported in violation of U.S. laws. Products cannot be shipped to embargoed countries or individuals on government-restricted lists. By using Shell Shocked products, you affirm that you comply with these restrictions.
Indemnity Agreement
You agree to indemnify and hold Shell Shocked harmless from all claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities, including attorney fees, arising from the use, operation, or modification of any Shell Shocked product.
